Wrongful Termination
Although Oklahoma is an “at will” employer, it is wrongful to fire employees for discriminatory reasons and an employer cannot terminate employees in breach of existing contract terms.
Oklahoma State and Federal law prohibits firing employees for discriminatory reasons based on skin color, race/ethnicity, sex, pregnancy, religion, disability, genetic or national origin.
